400 sq ft lecture hall, fully air-conditioned, furnished with whiteboard, lecture desk/podium, student chairs (50 seating capacity). Sound system, multimedia projector and teaching stationeries will be provided. Any other teaching/conference materials or tools can be arranged, based on agreement.
Note: The space is a sub-let. Unused space not needed by the office.
Rent:
For coaching/tuition: BDT 500 per hour (minimum contract - 3 months, 18+ hours per month)
For single lecture/seminar events, terms can be discussed.
Availability: Sat - Thurs, 10 am - 6 pm (flexible, can be negotiated)
