I am looking for a friendly female Paying Guest (PG) /Sublet (foreigners only) for my apartment in Mirpur (South Pirerbagh, 60 Feet Road). It is located in the Amtalla Bazar, Dhaka.
Room Description: One Big Size Room with attached bath and a veranda provided with all the basic amenities such as closets, dressing table, king size bed, 24/7 internet, house keeping /maid service etc, common living areas, kitchen, dining and a small library. There are 4 bedrooms in total in the apartment and 2 rooms are already occupied by our family members and there you don’t need to be shared utility charges such as electricity bill, gas bill & service charges and no other hidden charges etc.
Monthly rent - BDT20,000, but it will be 100% Free if you will teach our two Kids (My two daughters, first one is 8 and second one is 6), especially English Language and increase their fluency. Your job Duty will be eating with them, playing with them, gossiping with them. At least 2/3 hours you will have to teach and passing time with them in regular basis.
Note: Actually we want a Female Foreigners who will live with us and in return we want our kids will increase their English Language Fluency.
